We have a variety of sources to compile lists such as ‘Yellow Pages and Business White Page Directories, Leading Business Magazines, Newsletters, Surveys, Telemarketing efforts, Telephone directories, SEC listings, Institution information, Conference/Trade show/Seminar attendee registrations etc. All information is derived from proprietary, self-reported data, or sources of public record. It is obtained legally and ethically under strict list industry rules, regulations, and guidelines.

We certainly get the consent of the executives/professionals prior to sharing their contact details.

 

We send out opt-out mailer campaigns to find out if the contacts in the list are ok to receive messages from third party. All the contacts in the list we provide, have agreed to receive emails from third parties as they click on the option OPT-IN. If they do not wish to receive emails from third parties, they click the option UNSUBSCRIBE and we remove all unsubscribes effectively within 48 hours of notice. Therefore you can definitely send out emails to these prospects.

We update / verify our entire master database once every quarter. We also follow a protocol of manual verifying each contact (in terms of name, designation, address, phone numbers, email address etc.) prior to the delivery as well to make sure the contacts delivered are accurate and in-line to your target audience.

We do verify the contacts by sending out real emails and by telephonic queries.

  1. Manual verification process– In manual verification we have a tele-calling team which constantly calls up to businesses and updates the contact names and designation.
  2. Auto verification process– In the Auto Verification process we send email campaigns of our newsletters to check deliverability of emails.

Unlike our competitors, we have been delivering 95%+ accuracy consistently but to be on a safer side, we assure you a minimum accuracy of 90% on all the data fields.

 

All the contacts we provide comes-in with standard business information i.e., “Contact name, first name, last name, email address, job title, company name, physical address, city, state, ZIP code, Web address, phone number, employee size , revenue size, SIC code and Industrial classification” are 100% populated in our list, only the fax number and LinkedIn profiles are provided as per the availability.

We do not provide data on rental basis Nor do we run email campaigns on behalf of our clients. The data is available for purchase on a ONE-TIME payment basis.

Once purchased, you own the list and the list can be used multiple times for multi-channel marketing (email marketing, telemarketing, social media marketing and direct mail marketing) with no limitations on the usage i.e., You will own an unlimited usage license for the database you purchase.

 

We deliver the data in an excel file with an unlimited usage license.
